The 15th annual Flower and Garden show was held March 3-5 at the Statehouse Convention Center. Events were held during the day to teach novice gardeners how to improve the lawns and gardens. There was also a wide assortment of booths set up to inform people of all the services and products available to the citizens of Arkansas.
